By creating an account or using Influpitch ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Influpitch is operated by its creator ("we", "us") and is currently in early access.
Influpitch is a link analytics and brand pitch platform for content creators. You create tracked short links, QR codes, a bio board, and Pitch Boards, and Influpitch logs clicks and views to give you verified engagement data you can use when pitching brands. Influpitch is not a brand marketplace, talent agency, or guarantee of brand deals — it provides data and tools, not introductions or outcomes.
You own all links, content, and data you create or upload to Influpitch, including bio board content, Pitch Boards, uploaded files, and AI prompts. We do not claim any rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or share via Influpitch. You can request export of your data or permanently delete your account at any time. Influpitch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics will be perfectly accurate at all times. Click and view data reflects what our tracking systems capture and may be affected by ad blockers, privacy settings, or platform-level restrictions outside our control. Influpitch is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or business advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influpitch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any brand deals, pitches, or business outcomes that result from data shown on Influpitch. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Influpitch offers a Free tier and a Creator tier:
Prices include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will not be affected by price increases during their current billing period.
New Creator subscriptions, and each subsequent monthly renewal, are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of that charge, no questions asked. After 7 days from a charge, that billing period is non-refundable and you retain Creator access for the remainder of the period. Upon refund, your account reverts to the Free tier immediately.
The Free tier requires no payment, so no refund applies.
Email support@influpitch.app with your registered email address, order ID or transaction reference, and reason for refund (optional). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

You can cancel your Creator subscription at any time from the Settings page in the app.
You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data from Settings, or by contacting support@influpitch.app. This is irreversible. We recommend exporting your data first.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Influpitch after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Puducherry, India.
