Overview

Influpitch offers a generous Free tier that never expires. The Creator plan is a monthly subscription billed in INR. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

Creator refund policy

  • New Creator subscriptions, and each subsequent monthly renewal, are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of that charge, no questions asked.
  • After 7 days from a charge, that billing period is non-refundable as you retain Creator access for the remainder of the period.
  • Upon refund, your account will revert to the Free tier immediately.
  • If you experience a billing issue (double charge, incorrect amount), contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your Creator subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

What happens when you cancel or downgrade:

  • Your Creator features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After expiry, your account reverts to the Free tier.
  • Your data is never deleted. All links, link groups, Pitch Boards, bio board content, and analytics history are preserved.
  • If you exceed Free tier limits (e.g., 15 links when the limit is 10), your existing links are preserved but you cannot add new ones until you are within limits or re-subscribe.
  • You can re-subscribe to Creator at any time to restore full access.

Account deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data from Settings, or by contacting support@influpitch.app. Deletion is irreversible. We recommend exporting your data before deleting. If you have an active Creator subscription, please cancel it first to avoid being charged after deletion.

How to request a refund

Email support@influpitch.app with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Reason for refund (optional)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
